Ethics is a result of social development and as such can be developed. By regulating cooperation, moral behavior and decisions can be controlled, risks can be reduced.

LPO test never stands alone.
In some cases it is combined with the workprobes.online tasks, which identify the individual working style and the level of autonomy.
The other combination often used is the control attitude test, the results of which help to minimize the risks.
The combined results indicate the degree of adaptability of consciousness and balance, predictability of behavior.
The test results identify the stage of personal ethical development:
there is a need for constant supervision, occasional control, or of a threat of punishment in order to comply with the rules, follows the rules and takes responsibility for if he/she makes a mistake having strong moral norms he/she shapes the community.

The test was validated on 2,200 people, successfully identifying people involved in corruption, rule violation.
The LPO test is a response to practical needs:
employees are handling material value, information, situations that require honesty, trustworthiness even in unclear, uncertain situations.
In many cases difficult to draw the limits of ethical behavior.
In most cases, the cause of the problem is not that someone is openly dishonest, immoral, and is obviously breaking the rules.
In practice, in most cases, the problem is almost negligible:
bigger or smaller mistakes, misbehavior, some small privileges acquired.
